We recently sighted the rare American Piranha-T.
Unlike its female counterpart who receives its teeth at around one year, the male’s teeth start to show up at around 6 months.

Also the unlike the female who first receives the front two teeth so she can sink in like a vampire, the male first receives his incisors. Combined with his powerful jaw he can lock in, tear out and shred any pepper, cucumber, or cracker that comes his way.

He has to be careful though. One more bite and he won’t be getting any more breast milk.
Cute! ~ Bonnie
